Retired architect Tim Dykes brought his own vision to this Hill Country residence — and trusted Grubbs Construction to execute it. The result is a home that reflects decades of design knowledge expressed in stone, steel, and light.

Every detail was considered: the terrazzo kitchen island, the turquoise tile backsplash, the music room with its grand piano and guitar wall. Grubbs Construction honored the design intent at every turn.
