Located within one of Horseshoe Bay's established golf-course communities, this property occupies land that places the home in direct relationship with the fairways and landscaped terrain of the resort. Building on a golf course lot requires an understanding of orientation, view corridors, and how a home sits within a maintained environment rather than a natural one. Grubbs Construction built this project with that context in mind.
Scale and Setting

Design Character
