From the moment you become our client, we guide you through each step of the building journey with care, communication, and attention to detail.

Step 1: We Listen

We begin by understanding exactly how you envision your new home. Share your style, priorities, and preferences, and we will help shape those ideas into the details of your plan.

Step 2: We Draw Up the Plans

We work with either your architect or can recommend an outstanding architect who will collaborate closely with you and Grubbs Construction to design your home.

Step 3: Design Selections

We help guide you through the selection of flooring, tile, colors, and finishes that reflect your style. If you already have a designer, we are happy to coordinate with them. To help avoid delays, we will also work with you to establish a budget that brings clarity to the selection process.

Step 4: We Build

At this stage, the vision begins to take shape. We oversee every part of the construction process, from securing permits to coordinating the final details. Our commitment to craftsmanship, organization, and communication provides peace of mind throughout the build. We keep you informed at every stage, and you are welcome to visit the jobsite along the way.

Step 5: Welcome Home

This is where the dream becomes reality. When your home is complete, we personally walk you through each space to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
